Restaurants are adapting to a healthy menu options through print menu and completely focus on immunity-boosting dishes and drinks. The COVID-19 showed that having a strong immune system is the only criteria to fight with the deadly virus. Well, the scare of contaminating this deadly virus has caused panic among everyone. Some foodies have stopped to dine-out; rather, they are preferring delivery and takeout options from the restaurants.

Peppers, especially red bell pepper contain more vitamin C than citrus fruits. Hence, this vegetable can be easily added to several dishes. This would help a dish to look colorful and also help a customer to get more amount of vitamin C.

To boost immunity dry fruits and nuts should be consumed. Fruits and nuts can be mixed with salads to make it nutritious in menu design; whereas, it can be included on the top of desserts like ice-cream to make it look very drooling.
